This site operates under the name Teamatehub, a student-led content project about mindful caffeine and herbal drinks.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from uploaded images.

If you leave a comment, you may opt to save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience – so you don’t need to re-enter them for future comments. These cookies last for one year.

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-ups automatically.

For registered users (if any), we store personal information in their profiles.
Users can view, edit, or delete their information anytime (except username changes).
Administrators can also view and edit that data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data or ask us to erase it.
This excludes data retained for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
